Refund policy

Due to the nature of needlepoint canvases and accessories, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of any kind. We cannot retroactively apply discount codes. 

Orders for physical items only may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing by emailing us at support@morganjuliadesigns.com. Digital downloads (charts and stitch guides) do not quality for a 24 hour cancellation since they are automatically delivered during checkout. 

However, if you ever have an issue with your order please email me and I will make it right!

Sales Tax: We currently charge sales tax on orders that are shipping to Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia. These states and taxes are subject to change and states may be added. 

I also ask that if you are thinking of filing a chargeback or dispute, please contact me first. I want you to be happy with you order and I will work with you to find a resolution.
