General FAQ

A canvas refers to a blank painted mesh, while a kit includes fibers along with the canvas. Not all our products are available as kits.

You can find fibers at your local needlepoint store. For online options, KCneedlepoint.com offers a wide selection. Morgan can also recommend specific colors via email. We're happy to suggest colors—just reach out!

We recommend starting with our beginner-friendly canvases. Check out our beginner collection here. You can also download our free beginner's guide here.

Please refer to our refund policy here. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

For any issues, please contact our customer service team at support@morganjuliadesigns.com. We’re here to help!

Not every product comes with a stitch guide. While we aim to provide guidance where possible, creating stitch guides is a complex and time-intensive process. If you need help, feel free to ask for recommendations!

Add 4 inches to the design size to determine the stretcher bar length. For example, for a 4x4 canvas, you'll need two pairs of 8-inch stretcher bars. For half-size canvases, size down accordingly.
