When will you restock a product?
We try to restock all products within 12 weeks. The best way to be notified is to sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page!
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of needlepoint canvases and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What are your shipping rates and speed?
Most orders are shipped within 1 week.
Domestic orders over $200 are offered free shipping.
Orders under $200 and International Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping speed will be based upon the method you chose at checkout.
