Shipping Policy:
Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order.* Standard shipping is USPS or UPS based on what was selected during checkout and may take up to 5 business days to arrive based on location. All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to update.
*Subscription boxes are shipped quarterly and are shipped on a different schedule.
Please note: I am only able to ship to the address you provided during checkout. Please be sure your shipping address is correct and verified during checkout. I cannot provide refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly in this instance.
Orders in the U.S. over $200 will ship free. If you need your canvas by a certain date, please send me an email at hello@morganjuliadesigns.com and we will try to accommodate you, but there are no guarantees.
International Canvases: We do offer international shipping, but the buyer is responsible for shipping cost (even if the order is over $200). If there are custom fees or import taxes, the buyer is responsible for covering that.
Sales Tax: We currently charge sales tax on orders that are shipping to Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, and Virginia. These states and taxes are subject to change and states may be added.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of needlepoint canvases and accessories, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges of any kind. We cannot retroactively apply discount codes.
Orders for physical items only may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing by emailing me at hello@morganjuliadesigns.com. Digital downloads (charts and stitch guides) do not qualify for a 24 hour cancellation since they are automatically delivered during checkout.
However, if you ever have an issue with your order please email me and I will make it right!
