Details: This bag is suitable for a finished or unfinished needlepoint canvas. Behind the front opening (inside the lining of the bag), there is an inside zipper to drop your canvas into. Add your piece into the open area, set it where you'd like, and then zip the pocket shut, securing the canvas in place. 

If you're looking for the best kinds of finished rounds to use, puffy fronts and flat backs are the best. If you're looking to place in an unfinished canvas, I would recommend folding over the canvas behind the stitching. This will help give some 'puff' to the canvas in the pocket to better hold it in place and will also leave the option for finishing fully in the future. 

Please note the inside lining of the pocket is bigger than the opening to help the canvas stay in place.

The "Canvas" is like your road map: it's a painted version of the original needlepoint design that you follow as you stitch your artwork. It doesn't come with any threads or materials - it's just your guide.
