Do you take custom orders?
- As much as we would love to help create you a custom canvas, we are not currently accepting custom orders at this time. Feel free to reach out to us and we would be happy to suggest other artists who do take custom orders.
When will your canvases & accessories be restocked?
- We try to restock everything that is sold out within 12 weeks.
Can you let me know when a canvas is in stock?
- The best way to get notified when something is restocked is to sign up for email notifications on the specific product page.
- To sign up, go to the product that is sold out, click "email me when available", and enter your email. You will receive an email right when we restock.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
- Due to the custom nature of needlepoint canvases and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Do you have a storefront I can visit?
